tjbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", or "your") and tjbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the tjbd website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at tjbd.bet. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the tjbd platform.

By accessing the tjbd platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tjbd platform. These Terms apply to all Members regardless of their division or city of residence within Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

To register and use the tjbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tjbd strictly enforces this requirement and may request identity documents at any time to confirm your date of birth.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh. The platform is not intended for use by individuals outside Bangladesh.
• You must register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the platform or from any gambling service. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to re-register.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with tjbd, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. tjbd reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time, and to request supporting documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. tjbd will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tjbd support immediately via the email address listed on the platform.

Account Verification

tjbd operates a verification process to confirm the identity of all Members. Until verification is complete, certain withdrawal limits and account features may be restricted. You agree to provide all documentation requested within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the tjbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tjbd supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Any deposit made from an account not registered in the Member's name may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. tjbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• tjbd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking service provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges. Members are advised to confirm any applicable fees with their provider directly.
• tjbd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, tjbd may freeze the account and conduct an internal investigation before releasing any funds.

Payment processing times for bKash and Nagad are typically within minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer for larger amounts subject to additional verification, or during periods of high platform activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tjbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer description for each promotion.
• A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Member and once per household or shared device. Multiple claims from the same IP address, mobile device, or bKash/Nagad account will be treated as duplicate bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds that expire within the stated period will be removed from your account balance without notice.
• tjbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively subject to existing wagering requirements.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the IPL are offered at tjbd's sole discretion and are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of launch.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Members must use the tjbd platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the normal operation of any game.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct any form of fraud against tjbd or other platform users.
• Attempting to launder money or use the tjbd platform in connection with any criminal activity. tjbd complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Registering more than one account or attempting to circumvent a prior suspension or self-exclusion by creating a new account using different personal details or payment methods.

tjbd reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take appropriate action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — where a violation of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.

6. Responsible Gaming

tjbd is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all Members. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that Members may use at any time from their account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. These tools are designed to help Members maintain control over their gaming habits and are available free of charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the tjbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tjbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from platform content without tjbd's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tjbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or any other commercial damages or losses. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action and regardless of whether tjbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tjbd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Where service interruptions occur, tjbd will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal operation as quickly as possible. tjbd shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of a platform outage, technical error, or game malfunction, provided that all affected wagers are voided and all stakes returned to Members' accounts.

9. Amendments to These Terms

tjbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tjbd will notify Members by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact tjbd support to close your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tjbd platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. tjbd is committed to resolving Member complaints promptly and fairly.
